Stick on fender vents, chrome door trim, and electric supacharga.

But really it's up to you, there are a sh!t-ton of possibilities.

It doesn't sound like you plan on putting much into it, so you could go for a tuned PCM. Relatively cheap.

x2 This will give you the biggest noticeable bang for the buck in terms of cheap mods.

x2, 50 bucks a week isnt enough for modding really and if something breaks; you'd be screwed.

Even if nothing breaks, proper maintenance alone is expensive enough.

shouldn't be getting allowance at age 17... or ever.

get a girlfriend and spend it on her... your ROI will be much better than anything you'll do on the car.

Get a semi-auto and just unload on it. Maybe even put it in drive. Makes good practice for those slow roll-by's in the hood.

^This. You aren't going to get much that's going to make any noticeable difference making $50 a week. That's gas and entertainment money for most people. Never know when you might need that money for maintenance too. Fixing a car isn't cheap if something breaks and keeping it running good is more important than making it faster. Save the cash, maybe get a stereo or something and enjoy driving it, and save the rest of the money in case of emergency! Maybe once you start making some more dough, then think of modding.
