Ok so i get in the passenger side of my car and as i close the door i see the mirror wiggling around alot. It seems something has let go on the inside and i wanna know if i can fix? How on earth do you get the tweeter trim off? I think the bolts for the mirror are under that?

the tweeter trim is held by 2 or 3 clips. so u can just pull it off carefully. then theres 3 bolts holding the mirror, just tighten them and you should be good, unless one of the bolt have broken on the mirror.

well it all started out when i accidentally elbowed the mirror when washing the car. It was just a little loose but now its completely loose. Im going out right now to look at it....ill keep you posted!

Ok FML. the mirror bolts are perfect but the clips sure arent. Looks like i will be heading out the Standard Auto Wreckers for the next pull your own parts day in october.

No the clips for the mirror. Its like the bolts are fine but the mirror is loose?

You could fix it with some good plastic epoxy, but it'll probably break again anyways. I somehow went through at least 3 or 4 on my car... don't ask... the repairs never worked long

I don't even wanna know the price of them new... i got a sh*t load of parts i need to get for my car anyways so i think the $50.00 free parts day will work quite nicely with the amount of grandams they get in each day.
If your looking for mickey mouse mirrors, PM your boy!
