Okay when I first bought the car, there was a SVS light and one light would be on constant High beam and the other would be normal, than about a week ago I removed my bumper, and fender and hood to see if I can find any wires touching or anything that was wrong with something electrical, I found one, and I fixed it, and as soon as I did that the SVS light was off, and the lights worked fine.

Thing is as I was leaving work today I noticed my cars reflection in the store window, With my lights off and in the day, the lights ( Only the 9007's ) were on but quite dimly, and it only stays on when I'm not in park or not using the parking break. When I turn my lights on, they are fine, and both beams work fine as well, does anyone have any suggestions on how to get it fixed? or on what exactly is going on. The SVS light is off, but I hear this annoying ticking noise in the car like my turn signal is on, but at a fast speed, but when I turn on the turn signal, they are good at a normal speed. The thing is that my H.I.D's are in the mail, and this is my second one from the company bc I'm guessing the short is what messed them up or what ever, it's why I removed everything in the first place.

Anyways, Any suggestions? Thanks in advanced

This car comes with DRL's Daytime Running Lamps-Lights
So anytime you take the car out of park, or do not have the parking brake on, the lights turn on.
I believe they use the high beam portion of the bulb but as you noticed at a reduced voltage.
You can disable those though.

Or more specifically for your 01

The annoying clicking is probably the multifunction switch, the one that clicks when the blinkers are on, there is a way to clean it.
