2003 Grand Am GT

I want dual chrome tip/dual mufflers, I'm just looking for a little rumble.
I don't want to replace the whole exhaust, just a couple mufflers.

Whats the best model and something easy to install as I would be taking it to a muffler shop.

Aherm.

Use the Flowmaster 80 series muffler, and use a glasspack in place of the stock resonator. It'll sound mint.

You can use any muffler you chose. Just youtube search for Grand Am exhaust, I'm sure you'll find something you like. Magnaflow, Flowmaster, SLP, Borla, it really doesn't matter a whole lot. Just make sure to get a "Camaro style" muffler, its the easiest for a shop to fit in there and get your dual tips.

and go stainless on the tips. I can vouch for the chrome flaking off ;crap

Yes, stainless. Mine still look great, despite the beautiful salt we get.

Mine are turning a bit of a dark gold color, but Never Dull fixes that. My tips are going on three years old come this August.

Okay stainless steel it is then.

$200 is my budget for the whole package, tips and installation and all. Which is the best to get for that?
