I pulled the GA out too just start it up and went around the block once and my headlights were covered in water on the inside of each headlight..

The right side did it some last summer but not this bad..

They are the black projectors you get off Ebay..

Is there anything I can do too prevent this??

Could it be maybe I dont have the light bulbs screwed in perfectly or something??

I have done the whole cutting the seal out and resealing kinda thing once and dont wanna do it again lol

the seals look fine... but maybe I should do it to be on the safe side??

On the 87 and 88 Ford Tunderbirds the headlights were known to condensate on the inside of them and Fords solution was to drill a drain hole in the bottom of the lens for the water to drain out. I don't know if you would want to try this, I'm just saying that it was a problem with those cars and that was the manufactures solution.
