Help with PaintCode!!

I need a hand figuring out my paintcode. Too much work involved taking out the tanks and compressors out of the truck just to look for a paint code on the wheel cover

1999 Grand AM GT
Not sure if its "Bright" white or " Arctic" white.

Anyways i need the paint code for my 99 GT. Thank you!
