I have an 02 GAGT w/ 11k miles on it. The other day I noticed that I had some condensation at the bottom corner and very bottom of my drivers side headlight.. this has never happend before. I live in IL, and the temperatures had been below Zero.. Anyways, it seems as if it's starting to evaporate in there. I dont know if it all will... I called Pontiac today though, and they're telling me that they won't cover it under warranty unless I put my factory installed head light bulbs back in. I currently have Silver stars in there... The problem I'm facing is, I have NO clue where the stock ones are... How can I get them to fix this? Also, is there anything I can do to fix this myself? I really HATE taking my car to the dealer anyways... Do any of you have any advice on what I could do? I know this is a common problem w/ the GA's. my question is... where is it coming in through? I checked the light and see no cracks or nicks in the housing... Anyone have any ideas? What should I do? I need some help!

They cannot refuse to do warranty work on the light housing because you put a different bulb in.

Headlight bulbs are wearable items and the only way they could enforce their "policy" would be if they gave you new headlight bulbs when they burn. Same as with air filters. They can't refuse to do engine warranty work on the engine because you put a K&N air filter in, unless the K&N filter directly caused the problem.

All bulbs are made to the same specifications (hence the bulb number) so if water is getting in the housing, it's the housing's defect, unless they can prove that your SilverStars are defective. If they want to prove that they should give you new stock bulbs.
