with only those 2 bolts in the rear and clip things in the front, are there any other OEM leather car seats i could use?
i'm talking direct fit, plug and play. maybe a G6? or w-body?

None. The seat rails are all specific for the floor pan of the car they are meant to bolt into. There are some others that will probably fit, but pretty much anything is going to require modification to the seat rails, or completely custom mounting.

You might wanna try to get some measurements of the Cobalt SS and Ion Redline Recaro seats. The rails in my 2000 GT look very similar to the rails in old my Cobalt SS that had Recaro's. Im not saying they bolt right in, Im jus saying they bolted in the rear, hook in the front and looked pretty similar.

I put seats from a Caddilac Catera (Recaro made em) in by simply have the brackets swapped. 8-way leathers like new for $108/pair from a wrecking yard. Had to get wiring diagram from a dealership but now all is good including memory modes. My welding guy only charged $30 to cut the mounts from the OEM seats and weld them on the caddy rails...
