I just wondering if someone could help me. My friend has a 98 Monte with a cat-back borla exhaust that he wants to sell me, but i'm a little worried that it won't fit my car. He says it will. Does anyone know if this is true.

No chance
the monte is a bigger car and the exhaust runs totally different.
You could prolly adapt it but it would take more work than its really worth.

That's what i thought. I'm tring to get the guy to just sell me the mufflers for a cheaper price. There shouldn't be any problems with just the mufflers right

I think the inlet/outlet pipe diameters on the muffler will be to big, not completely sure though.

Honestly for the $$ I'd just go with custom built form a local shop with magnaflow mufflers.

There's no possible way a magnaflow muffler can be mistaken as ****...it's just too deep and ballsy (when installed right - Sorry Pucci hehe). Don't worry about that. There's no raspiness to the exhaust at all.
