OK, I want to spend no more than $1000 here in few weeks for parts. I've narrowed it down to the 62mm TB and the P&P matched upper intake from APOC. Now, I not sure to buy the TOG headers for $675 OR buy a pair of heads from a salvage yard and have them worked to be stage 2 heads. Decisions, decisions! What do you recommend? Heads or Headers? if not that then what? Maybe the lower P&P intake?

heads and headers seem to have about the same results.
so look into which would be cheaper to install.
also do you have the infamous intake gasket leak?
this would be my major decideing factor.
but personally I picked headers.

This is after I pay you your $200 Nathan. Aleroboy, I haven't had any leaking problems. Car has been running great. My only thing is that it would cost more LATER to have to take the Headers back off to put heads on, rather than having the Heads already done then just simply putting the Headers say this spring? That is one area I haven't checked into was cost of installation. Upper and lower intakes are no problem, but Heads and diffinitely headers would cost. I remember Sorry_Officer throwing an SES light back the computer is reading to much air causing fuel to lean. Will I need to invest in a Fuel adjuster?

Actually either way you will have to install twice pretty much.
The best would be to do them at the same time since the exhauct has to be removed to install the heads.
You would pretty much get a 2 for one install if you did them at the same time.
Since your intake manifolds are not leaking and headers are back in stock and on sale I'd go headers.
Yes you would need fuel mods to do both
an adjustible fuel pressure regulator shoudl hold ya over.
if not, fuel injectors form a trailblazer 4.2L I6 motor will do it.
thats what I'm running with the SC and headers.
