Please help! Been having both of these problems for months now. Here it goes...

2002 Pontiac Grand Am GT
3.4 Liter
Automatic Transmission
116,000 miles.

First problem... Starts fine cold, sometimes sputters or hesitates at lower speeds shifting from 3rd to 4th gear. hesitates constantly at 2200-2500 rpm going between 50-70 mph on the highway.

Second problem... From cold start, drives for 15 to 20 minutes and then stalls out. I turn the ignition off and wait 3-4 minutes and it starts right back up and will then stall again after driving another 10-15 minutes.

All items listed below are brand new within the last 30-60 days.
- Cat. Converter
- upstream 02 sensor
- plugs
- wires
- coils
- fuel filter
- pcv valve
- oil change

In addition to replacing those parts I have also:
- Sea Foamed
- Cleaned the MAFS
- Cleaned the IAC
- Cleaned inside the throttle body
- Tested the EGR
- Reset PCM

Today (2/1/2012) I am removing and replacing the fuel pressure regulator.

WHAT NEXT???

Please help if you have any suggestions or have had these experiences that were resolved.

Maybe a bad ignition control module, or an intermittent problem with the crank sensor. Or maybe a bad PCM, or even could be just a loose ground somewhere. Really hard to say without more specific info. Have you had the PCM read for trouble codes (DTC's)?

^ Troublecodes can help with this issue immensely.
