So i took the pcm fuse and the battery fuses out, in an effort to reset everything. I put them all back in and now the fuel pump will not kick on. i checked and there is no fuel in the rails anymore, what gives? relay is good swapped from a known working one, and it still didnt kick on, Thanks in advance for replys

Is your security light staying on?

No it is not, the theft light is not even blinking when you turn the key on

Check fuse #48 in the engine compartment fuse block, it's for the fuel pump/injectors.

After checking the fuse and relay and filter, if you dont have any pressure at the schrader valve on the injector rail you pump is more than likely toast Have you installed a new radio by chance ? more info is needed before we can make an educated guess

My fuel filter was new about 4 days ago, the fuses are good, the relays are good and i have not replaced the radio, it just happened after i pulled the pcm fuses
i wouldnt think it would just up and quit just like that, but i spose i could be wrong
there also is power to the relay and all of the fuses

Any other questions i need to answer before i go buy a fuel pump?

You could try running 12v direct to the pump and see if it runs first. BTW, it's not too unusual for the pump to just up and die without warning.
