I have changed my tensioner pulley and top idler pulley but I cannot seem to get the dang bottom idler pulley off. Any suggestions? The bolt comes out fine. Thanks. JimmyB.

Might not work because of lack of room, but maybe a puller. I don't think you'll have room though, might be worth a shot.

well I'm sure there isn't room for a puller. I need to get my hands on a crow bar and try. Has anybody else had this issue?

I also need to change my turn signal cam but couldn't get that thing off either. Ideas for that? My horn hasn't worked for about 7 years now.

Do you have small torch. One of those ones with just a small bottle of propane? If so, heat up the pully. Heat causes metal to expand and try and heat evenly going around the pully and it should pull right off.

I will try that. Thank you.

Welcome, I don't see this not working done it a ton of times just in other situations not car related.
Just be careful not to over heat or heat up something other than the pully. I would hate to see other problems arise from this. Good luck should work out for ya.
