Intake Air temperature Circuit

My SES has been going on and off at random times. Autozone found a P0113 error, which I have tracked down to TSB #02-06-03-005 from this forum. Is this TSB posted anywhere? Searches have not turned up anything. Or can someone tell me where this sensor is so I can replace it. Thanks
