yes...you pay say $75 extra and they refund it when you ship the stock part back....

Refundable Core Charge: $120.00

Such if you sent the heads then your total price is $530.00?

No...it means you pay them $770.00, and when they receive your stock heads back, they give you a refund of $120.00.
