I called the cump in the service dept at my dealer, $270, w/core. $370 without. And, he "doesn't give out Part Numbers..." what a hump.

How about a 99 GAGT? Do I need to have it reflash to work for me car?

Here it is for a 99 GAGT... PN 9356741

And here is some additional info stated in the catalog:

"V6, Additional parts and/or dealer contact required., Exchange"

So it looks like it does need to be reprogrammed at the dealer, AND you need to send in the old one. So, that kinda sucks.
