hey all, i'm looking to get white rims for my white 99 gagt, but the thing is that I want the same exact style of rims i have now, which are the five spoke(stock I believe) chrome wheels. How can I get these white? or is there anyone that sells white ones that are the stock model like. sorry i'm confusing i know. basically i want white rims instead of my chrome, but the same style. Any help would be great! Thanks all,
Clayton

I would imagine that if you have the plastic cover chrome plated five spokes you won't be able to paint them. You could probably buy a set of the plain silver wheels, have them stripped, and then have them sprayed white. I'd ask a body shop and see if wheels can be stripped and painted.
Good luck.

Dont paint, powder coat!
^^ wow! RamAir, How are your wheels all not bent up?? Those tires look verrrrrry stretched on those rims, or maybe is it just the angles of the pictures?

you dont even have to buy silver ones
that "chrometech" **** that ponitac calls it is just a cover. Those things come right off to reveal the silver wheels anyway...lol
just remove them, and have em powder coated...bet it wont cost more than like 100 bucks
NOW, if ure lookin for a bigger size than 16, ure SOL

Oh really????? Perhaps you would like to try and take it off. Let us know how "simple" it is ;)
What is that gray stuff on the white 4-door above

I do have to say i like how the 077's look also, and they dont cost $2K for a set! But they are very popular on GA's and im not the type to fall in line and look like everyone elses car so thats a hard decision to make for me.

These would look AWESOME on a white car. Once I get some cash this summer, I may just splurge and get a set of these in silver...

I guarantee those $700-800 VOLKS aren't the real deal. If you want real VOLKS you pay the price, you also get the weight savings. They weigh nothing by the way...
have fun acidthereal, stop w/ the drugs maybe you'll realize you were looking at imitations.

Wow, you're a piece of work. You get the "Clueless Fock of the Week Award" You've been voted it unanimously.
Don't sit here and tell me what is, and is not, the price of certain wheels.
