Nice. The mirrors look very sporty when painted. Shame on Pontiac for not painting the mirrors.

Looks great Mike - did they end up fixing the car after bonehead backed into it w/the Durango, or did you get a different car?

Different car. I wasn't feeling too anxious to sign for a brand new car with about $4000 in damage. They got this one from another dealer, and just swapped the mirrors since they already had these painted for me. Now, had the price been right, and I mean really discounted, I would have considered taking the damaged one. But I got such a good deal on it to begin with, they weren't too willing to negotiate price any further.
Just gotta get some vinyl now... Any good deals I should be aware of this week/month?

Nice Mike! Glad to see you aren't leaving her stock for more than a few minutes :)
I'd hit up gwerks.com and pick out what you want, and play Let's Make a Deal with Ryan :)

Weird karma with that one:
Total the car, and the n-body account for it gets totalled too... Weird.
No problem though, all the info would have had to be redone anyway. I will let you know about the vinyl as soon as I decide on a scheme to go with.
Funny thing is, the one mod I can't live without is the one that I haven't gotten around to yet: my DRL kit. Damn thing has been on my workbench for 2 weeks, haven't had time to finish building it and install it. Plus, its like 10 degrees with 30 mph wind here, and my garage isn't heated. Kent changed jobs, so I can't use the bays where he worked to install it. Gotta find a warm place and soon, those DRLs suck!

Hey Ryan! I can't login to change anything under my old username. Think you can reset the password or something so I can at least keep the login the same???
My pics are still showing up under the registry entry for my username, but no text, so the account is 'kinda' there.
Thanks!

Mike! Congratulations bro, the car is looking great already! I didn't even notice the mirrors until someone posted about it -- Very nice!! I'm still considering if I just wanna paint mine or get the double post mirrors. We'll just have to see I suppose. We're going to be making a trip to Lafayette closer to summer again!

Sweet! Hopefully I won't have as much sh!t going on this time and will actually get to hang out. I think its time ICEMAN made a trip down here. I would love to get a chance to hang out with him. Kent and I owe him a couple beers for some help with some certain schematics he scrounged up for us. Whaddya say, Seth? Road trip?

47905. Probably a little farther than you would want to drive though. When is your break? I will be gone March 15 - 22 for my spring break. Hopefully its not during the same time.

Seth, take the number of hours it takes to get to michigan, then add 5 more hours. That should be a rough estimate.

Or you could not go to michigan first and go directly to IN and save 3.5 hours.

Notice how I said ROUGH ESTIMATE Brendan, I didn't say literally drive to michigan..
Good show. I tested one with the Alero side mirrors and they seem to have less wind noise than the orignal 99 sides so maybe thats why they replaced them because they might have had a few complaints about that.
He, got a bit off topic but the car looks great and it matches that snow. Carefull out there, don't want that car ending up in a wreck, same goes for you too;)
