    hi,

i have been reading some threads on here to try to find some info on my tranny problem, and you seemed to be and expert on it, so ill ask you for some advice....

    i have a few questions... on a 2002 gt 3.4/auto

first, my tranny acts wierd, it drives fine minus a lil slipping at full power when cold, but when it warms up its will kinda kick or act like i had a clutch and was pushing and dumping it or i was hittting something, then it gets worse and wont let me give it and more than 10% pedal or it just bogs like i was pushing on the breaks.... but, if you floor it, it will kick down and pull like normal, but only at full power, when you let off it bogs/slows again and does this in all gears.... also, when it starts acting up, it is hard to maintain 60 without flooring it.... let it sit and cool for a few hours and it will act normal for about 25 miles....

so, any ideas on the fix?

second, i assume the fix will involve a new tranny or rebuild. I have read that you are quite good at this and know what parts to use to make them stand some more power over my cai and catback.... so how hard are they to rebuild? can i do it myself? my dad is a mechanic, so i should have most of the tools necessary and ive done a lot of stuff to many cars over the years, including changing the tranny in this ga with a used one.... so, is it possible to rebuild it myself? what all do i need to do it, and make it take more power, and about how much will it cost me?

any info or advice would be GREAT!!!

    Thanks
