I'll see what I can bring, the local brewarys got shut down I think, but I'll try and figure something out. Maybe Red Hook, Beamish, I think I can find some Blatz to (Blatz gives you the Splatz!) Check with the airline first, most will as long as it isn't opened, but some are real ****s about it. I brought back a 12 pack of Fishbone from Florida on a Delta flight in January, but kinda got hassled by the feds at the gate. |
Someone from Ohio bring Crooked River Porter...had some this weekend that stuff is pretty good "chillin" beer
I'm in Dayton, we don't have much in the way of microbrews, but I'll see what I can do
I think we need to make a rule that the beer must be enjoyed by several of your friends before thinking about bringing any obscure beer, especially microbrews. Beer SHOULD NEVER have any fruit flavors to it!
Shuddup peeps I'm not talking about fruity microbrew beer its local cleveland beer.
I will bring some Milwaukee's Beast Ice........LOL
*bump*
Haha... Good call. Never, EVERY forget about Beer.
 |
Question, if I was to bring something...how much of it should I bring?
well, I am bringing 12 of each. 12 is a good number. Yes, 12. :)
As it gets closer, Jim, Seth, and I will try to get a good count on how many people are looking to participate and you can go from there. I would say that a 12 pack of each variety you bring should be sufficient, just remember, the number of beers you want to try hinges on how many you have to trade :D
I'm in, I'll make sure the cooler is packed with stuff, noone under 21 though, sorry, not putting GAP or myself at risk.
Molson-I can send you a money order or a check for a 12 of XXX, I know you can't stand the stuff, but it's good for me. |
No worries, I'll grab 12 on my way out. You can get me at GAP.
sweet, thanks

Mmmmm, beer. |
Considering Sam Adams is brewed in MA....I might try and get my hands on the new Sam Adams Utopia. 60% ach. in the beer. I think it might be expensive, but If I can get a bottle I'll bring it. It's actually illegal in many states. lol
Sam Adams works, do they still make Boston Lightship, I can't get it here in Ohio
Well I know I'm bringing stuff from Maine and Vermont. Don't know what from Maine yet, my sister is going to grab it for me before she heads out to GAP but i know I'm getting Double Bag and Black Berry Wheat from Long trail. ( oh and the black berry is just part of the name, it is a nice med. body ale not fruity at all, thats my department [being fruuity that is])
jbh1130 you might have to go to Boston to get that stuff. My dad had to get it there. said it was gooooood
