I'll find something else to bring, that way Molson won't be vomitting when I drink up the XXX.

The Old Guy 07-03-2003 05:08 AM

I don't think you guys will want any P.O.C. One bottle will serve about 100 people.....can't stand any more than a shot glass.

I'll go to Great Lakes Brewing and pick up a pretty good assortment.

cavingman 07-03-2003 05:33 AM

the stuff im bringin is a surprise :D (not green!)

Molson 07-03-2003 05:50 AM

'01GTgirl 07-03-2003 07:57 AM

anyone ever have Chimay? it's not necessarily a "local" beer here, but it's not something i see in every bar. it's a Belgian beer i believe. i could get a couple bottles of that.

Molson 07-03-2003 09:10 AM

gagtgrrl 07-03-2003 10:09 AM

I might bring some different types of Ontario beer...
:D

peeps 07-03-2003 10:12 AM

(24) Shiner Bocks or Zeigenbock
(12) Shiner Blondes
and maybe a sixer of another local brew....still searching for a good choice.....

So what night?

Thursday night after the Track Day and before the plant tour....

OR

Friday night after the Plant tour and before Show and Shine?

I vote for Thursday since people will likely be shining up their cars until who knows when.......

8pm? 9pm?

Molson 07-03-2003 10:13 AM

jbh1130 07-07-2003 12:07 PM

I have a dumb question here.

How are we suppose to keep the beer cold??? I don't know if I'll have room to put a cooler in my car.

iceman 07-07-2003 12:10 PM

Bring it warm

ohpspe 07-07-2003 12:16 PM

Buy a styrofoam cooler, that should keep most of it cold and small enough to fit in the car.

GregFarz78 07-07-2003 12:51 PM

Nothing wrong with bringin warm beer...I'll bring a cooler big enough to keep it cold :D

ohpspe 07-07-2003 12:53 PM

I'm bringing my nice big one, also for food at the track, I wonder if the hotel will allow us to fill up with their ice????

cavingman 07-07-2003 12:55 PM

anyone know of a cooler that plugs into an AC socket? gotta make the power invertor usefull :]

ohpspe 07-07-2003 12:56 PM

no, but I have seen the new Thermos Grill 2 Go with the cooler in the bottom of it

fast_ga 07-07-2003 04:25 PM

Yeah i was wondring the same thing, i may just throw my cooler in the car though. Also are we suppose to bring a 6 or 12 pack??? Just wondering because a lot of local stuff only comes in a 6 pack, so if we need a 12 pack i'll just buy 2!
