i know this might sound stupid but how far are you guys from detroit? I live about 25 min outside of det.

Ram44 - A lot of the GDC guys are approx 30 minutes North of Detroit, in the Sterling Hgts area.

theres a few others in rochester and canton
and then im out here in the middle of nowhere about 40 minutes north. aarongtr is also somewhere around here.

since weare all GA lovers have you guys ever heard of ( 2 Crutial ) Its a grand am car club and they have about 25 or 30 members with just GA's they live out closer to Gratiot and 12 mile off of 696.

yes the president visits this site, but not too often ... i forget his sn. he recently put up some rims for sale if im not mistaken. i know of a member that i particularly do not like, but thats a personal thing between him and i.

ya i know i spelled it wrong. i was actualy going to try to join there club but (1 )they are to far out and (2 )i didnt have enough done to my car at the time. Some of the guys in the club are pretty cool i havt talked to any of them in a long time.

So I was coming home last night around...11:30 or 12am, and what do I discover? Brown Rd. was completely ice. Not patches here and there, but total glass. So what do I do? What any self-respecting GA owner would do- shut off the traction control and put that b!tch in 3rd! (The road was completely empty, mind you, and it’s a 5 lane road) Needless to say, I'm pretty sure I lost about a centimeter of rubber all around on my Goodyear Assurance TripleTreds... poor tires. Best part is... there is a cop station at the other end of Brown. :whistle:
