how long do you guys plan to be there? the opening saturday always gets...unpleasant...later at night.

Not too long. I wanna go in the afternoon, like around Noon if we aren't still dead haha...but we'd be there for a few hours and thats all. So basically we'd still have almost all day Saturday for whatever.

okay, cause i might end up goin w/you guys if my dad can't get his shtuff goin this year. but last year there was a shooting the first night that was kept hush-hush for obvious reasons...and for some reason the first night is always bad. naturally it's alright in the day though :)

you can never predict what will happen in d-town. i wouldnt worry too much, since theres going to be thousands of other cars to steal, but its always possible.

Just watch out for potholes that could swallow the car...and I mean, literally. You don't have to worry about the car gettin stolen tho...its pure craziness downtown during the auto show, they wouldn't get away with it.

^ shes probably right. i use a valet that barely anyone knows about and its 50 feet from the doors. as long as you get a spot in any parking complex the car will be fine.

so what time is all this going on? i got nothin goin on next weekend that i know of. bank account should be taken off life support by then too after bein in cali :)

I think a lot of the guys are going sunday.. I would rather go sunday but whichever is fine with me... :)

I'll be there Saturday, I'm hoping my car will be alright parked in the hotel garage... but oh well,, thats what I have insurance for, I'll just have to make sure to retract the tv into the dash, take the faceplate and leave nothing in eyes sight.
