It changed a few times, but the first post will ALWAYS have the most up to date information..and the current hotel featured in it will NOT change.

ok thanks i just wanted to make sure i knew the official info on the hotels

so how many people are coming so far? is there a list so i can add myself to it?

ok lol can someone send me a PM with all the official info right now bc i was reading through the thread and there have been changes and now i'm not sure whats official lol. I would like a PM with the info anyways lol!

THE FIRST POST HAS ALL OF THE OFFICIAL, UP TO DATE INFORMATION.

Np, I'm not changing any other major details in that post, so hotel should stay the same, location that we meet up is the same, schedule should stay the same.

Also, for the bp tourney..that'll be at my apartment, we got our lease extended through the end of July..so it's good to go. I just have to find out who's storing our second table and also get the funds together to fix the kegerator so we have that up and running. :D

Room rate is $69 ..... I couldn't believe the rate when I heard it so this is a very good rate for the area.

But they wouldnt hold the rooms until arrival so reservations must be made by May 20th. Around May 20th Ill call them and check their availability again and see if we cant move that date closer.

Because that seems to be the regular rate for a Super 8 Motel; these are the public "Best Available Rate" for the one in Mishawaka, which starts at $69.99 US for 1-king bed in a room or $69.99 US for 2-queen beds in a room

...

PS: CAA/AAA members could qualify for a 10% discount on the "Best Available Rate" to the general public.
Not applicable to "group discounted" rates...

I did my reservation online through their website today.
& Noted: There was a block of rooms held until May 20 under: Grand AM GT.
If anyone needs to stay a day earlier, or later: It is $59.99 US for Thursday or Sunday night.
+ 13% taxes.

PS: AAA/CAA members don't forget to claim your 10% discount.
(Unless there is a group rate that is less ?)

Not that Im aware of, but Im sure we could find something to do.

It's mostly a recovery day..gonna see if I can set something up though

I'll have to see if I can make it, trying to pay the GA off this summer tho, so funds will be tighter than my X.
