I used to think Corvettes were overrated when I was younger and now I own one. And yes I bought it when I was 22, with money I saved up from the military. My parents haven't spent a dime on it nor the insurance. Either way, I absolutely love my vette. And if anything, they are very much underrated in my opinion. Either way great buy stewartfn.

ah David, the backlash and backfire lol

I would've thrown you in the douche bucket after about 3 months of being on here (before you admitted to being a troll), but didn't realize you'd catch the firestorm over a midlife crisis mobile lol I figured your terrible trolling would've done it

You boys have entertained the masses!

both cats are bolt on. simply unbolt and replace with catless pipes. very simple. and although i have never done a clutch install, ive seen how to's on the forum. pretty much its unbolt trans and shifter thingy from said transmission. remove old clutch and install new clutch with proper alignment tool. then bolt trans and shifter thingy back to said transmission, bleed clutch lines, and go.

Vettes are easy, too, just look at the how-tos on the forums. Gosh, young people got it so good today with the Intranet forums

Nah as much as I am paranoid about keeping a car clean I know enough that from a couple feet away a car can look shiny but in reality as you get closer it is filthy, what I was pretty much pointing out was his wheels which caught my eye. They're dirty to the point to where they look like they're gunmetal grey, dunno if they're silver or chrome(I know those wheels came only in those options?). I already told Sam this, your paint may be clean and spotless but if your wheels are filthy it makes the whole car look filthy.

And yes tire shine would help lol, tires are supposed to be black not greyish as I always like to say.

Why did I even bother putting a new head unit into this thing??? It sounds so good.
Although to be fair, you can't hear much of anything over this exhaust.:)

Matt, i love how are cars are pretty similar. Black 4 door 6 speeds. Aside from the razzi kit you have. We both have racing seats and a few other matching things, yet yours is alot cleaner then mine i will admit, heres a question. Is yours a GLS gold series like mine? Or no?

Also, ever thought about dual post mirrors?

bricooper78 09-02-2013 02:31 PM

Nice lookin' ride Matt!! I think one of those WRX style hood scoops would look good on your car, it would match up and compliment the openings around the driving lights. They reminded me of hood scoops when I looked, then the reflection (and my blindness), I thought you had one, now I'm saying I think it'd look good lol

No, not a gold series. No sunroof either.
I'm fine with the "Mickey mouse" mirrors.

Thanks for the compliment.
I prefer the stock hood, I don't think a scoop would flow very well, and it wouldn't be functional. If it wouldn't cost a small fortune, a stock-style CF hood would be good though.

I want one so bad. Stock or cowl CF. me and billy swapped hoods at ASS so i could get a few pics of the CF cowl hood on my car. I wouldnt mind a body matched cowl hood either.
