Pictures do not capture the epicness.
BEFORE: http://i965.photobucket.com/albums/a...psb7b2c0f4.jpg AFTER: http://i965.photobucket.com/albums/a...psb8ba7f06.jpg http://i965.photobucket.com/albums/a...psc33e4bb5.jpg http://i965.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps67c2fc8d.jpg http://i965.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps52402547.jpg Also took the time to put in the newly painted calipers. Didn't get to put the gauges in because I got the wrong oil filter adapter thread size for the 4 cyl GA not the 6 cyl. Figured that out before we went out there so it saved us some trouble. http://i965.photobucket.com/albums/a...psa7d1e91a.jpg |
Only decent pics you took showing the after is pic 1 and 2. The rest... cant even tell a difference.
|
Like I said, pictures don't capture it like the human eye does lol, the angles I'm taking at also play a factor.
So you're telling me you can't tell a difference between these two? (Check the rear) http://i965.photobucket.com/albums/a...psdc764283.jpg http://i965.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps67c2fc8d.jpg Or these two?(Check the front) http://i965.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps879552e9.jpg http://i965.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps52402547.jpg |
Such a difference offset makes. :applause:
I hate sunk in wheels. |
It's not COMPLETELY flush but its only like 1/8" off. But I'm completely happy with this, I love it. The front is perfect because IF it rubs which it probably won't, it will rub against the plastic flexible splash guard and miss the 2/16" metal fender lip, and the rear I had my dad sit in the trunk and I still have room, hes 220 lbs.
I succeeded at my goal to have them as close to flush as possible without needed to roll fenders or have any other issues like that. Just need to see how my stocks will look with them on seeing as flush with stock wheels is with a 25mm spacer. High quality spacers too, would definitely recommend them, nice guy also. |
TDavis what wheels do you have there?

I mean a little. You just need to get more side shots like down the fenders and sht
|
^ agreed... put the camera right inline with the wheel angling up a bit and you will see the position much better than trying to take an angled picture showing how it sits...
as for the spacers, you wont know if the rear rubs the fender until you hit a pot hole or train tracks or something that really makes the suspension travel... I found this out the hard way with mine... had to roll the rear fender afterall... |
The pictures I added later on after sleepy said that should be fine. The differences are night and day.
The types of bumps we have in my city I've been over today to take a drive haven't rubbed yet. So I'd say I'm fine. |
that does look good! flush FTW
