Wow that actually came out really well.

This is pretty cool! I need a headliner anyway, and my visors could use a refresh. The visors seem like they will be annoying to do? Why did you cover all of the a/b/c pillars? Are you changing your interior from tan to black?

the visors were very annoying. i broke the mirror off the driver side visor. on the passenger side, i took a lot of extra time and still cut the fabric too short around the mirror ;crap. i did it becuz racecar's have microsuede lol. i hated the 2-tone beige. i might plasti-dip the remaining dark grey trim pieces to black. my long-term goal honestly is to do something with the warped dash. carbon fiber vinyl wrap is what i'd like.... anything other than the stock sun-warped dash lol.

if you can find em in the JY some early model GA SE's and aleros have vinyl sun visor. maybe grab a pair of those and just dye them black?

As much as I would like to have a secondary car and a garage to store my car in snow/rain conditions there is something fun about snow. -1 feeling like -20 today with a -50 degree windchill.

Got tired of shoveling the side of the street so I could park. I'll be a plow once I get the SC/T kit on. Might do what H.O did and take off the front lip during the winter.

lift that shit..lol by next winter my Outback will be an inch or two higher i forget which one.lol

Compared to the shtty 2012 Fiesta SE that my work uses, this car is like a AWD car in the snow. Fiesta has no weight on the hoof so it spins, not to mention the newer automated manual transmissions all of them are coming with do not help either.

Tanner, it's funny how spacers and lowering springs make the stock rims look good not bad

TDavis 01-06-2014 02:52 PM

Yeah stock wheels are not out as far as I thought it would be but you got to figure that if they didn't have spacers then it would be sunk in even more then it is now. Amazing on how offset, backspacing, and wheel width can make it poke out more lol. Still love how my 18s sit with the spacers tho

Nah, its been through 13 winters and the paint is still looking nice. Even being the big OCD detailer I am you have to know when to draw the line when you can't keep your car clean in certain cases. Even metal does the same but I actually clean my car in the winter, cannot stand not cleaning it at all during winter. If its 30+ I'll clean it.

Went to rinse it off a month ago when it was 25ish and the water froze on the trunk before I could dry it all.
