Wheels look definitely better then the others, I've been wanting to get a set of those.

Whats with people not wanting to put center caps on though?

Only one bad thing... the paint isn't hard enough. I'm kinda ticked because I prepped them very well, primed, painted, and clear coated them with wheel specific paints. I let them dry for 8 whole days before having the tires mounted too, but the paint go f'd up in a few spots from the mounting and balancing machines. The cone on the mounting machine actually caused the paint and clear to crinkle inside the center part, while the primer stayed put. I think I'm gonna email duplicolor some pics and see if I can get my money back. Anyway, it's all I had time and money for right now. Maybe after these tires wear out and/or the finish starts getting more worn, I'll dismount them and have 'em stripped and powder coated. Have to same up some $$ before that.

Here's a few close ups though.

Wheel design mainly

but also no center cap = less rotational mass = more power!!! <----just kidding on the last part

My guess is that the centercaps do not clean the center bolt for the CV axle.

Chaos whats wrong with your sig pic?

mfuller 06-20-2014 11:12 AM

Those particular wheels are designed as a racing-spec wheel, and as such, do not come with centercaps. Centercaps are a no-no for racing.
Centercaps were optional for certain fitments, but the bolt pattern and centerbore are custom on these.
Looks great, Aaron.

sleepyalero 06-20-2014 11:28 AM

Yeah tanner. Some wheels DONT COME with center caps. Get with the program. :hay:

AaronGTR 06-20-2014 11:29 AM

Yep. As Matt said, no center caps optional on these. I would like something to hide the hubs but I can live with them as is.

That is now a show car, you will get some more attention from it now at car shows, but it will be only from people that like cars in general and not from the pole stuck up the a$s people that only like the car they have there. The kit looks great on there.

TDavis 06-21-2014 07:40 AM

Yeah, I've already gotten MUCH more attention out on the roads since installed.

99ga 06-21-2014 09:28 AM

The more i see your car the more I want to get my kit done !-_-

sleepyalero 06-21-2014 10:21 AM

I wish they made something like that for the aleros. Sigh.

Years ago, I thought seriously about ditching the Razzi ground effects for the OSV.
But, I figured the fitment would be ****, so I restrained myself. In hindsight, I turned out to be right. But, after seeing how incredible Greg's car looked at homecoming 2 summers ago, I'm not so sure anymore.

Back on topic, the car looks great, Tanner.

I agree Matt but the osv is sooooo much work to fit it right.... look at what Scot has done with his, mine is a long way off being done as well.... Lol stick with what you have unless you can find another osv has had the repairs done!
