I got that way with my GAGT. It still managed to bead water until the very end.

Sprayed the car down yesterday, it had been a few weeks. We got some snow today though so it was some what pointless although I do like how a clean car looks in the snow.

I also love how the snow looks as it builds up on the badges (To bad a beat up old truck was parked next to me at work)

driver's side seat cushion. installed seat heaters and added extra padding. because i'm not suffering through another hellish florida winter.

after 108k miles... not much padding between the aluminum frame and my back.
http://i1367.photobucket.com/albums/...ps1b81dce4.jpg

over stuffed the shoulder and thigh bolsters. the bottom feels great and snug. homemade recaro! lol
http://i1367.photobucket.com/albums/...ps7fcb7403.jpg

http://i1367.photobucket.com/albums/...psd64f2e69.jpg

before, the bolsters were worn flat. it's nice to have them back.

this is only 3 feet of led's. you can see how much it lights up the ground behind the car.

;crap you quote all 10 pix

you get frostbite at 40* here because of the humidity. Or maybe i'm starting to get old and the heat feels good on my aches and pains lol. i was using the g8's seat warmers in june. it was 70* during the morning commute.

Coops, i used what i had laying around. that was polyester filter material. for everybody else foam.
the pads are "carbon fiber" brand on amazon. $55 for 4 pads. that does butt and back for 2 chairs. big pads too, like 10" x 16"

Pontiac_guy99 01-14-2014 06:57 PM

It was 40 degrees yesterday, and I was riding around with my windows down. lol

And now today we're getting 8-12 inches of snow. Oh Wisconsin.

Its not that hard. lol My car doesn't like it though. I think I should look into some synthetic oil so it doesn't gel up anymore.

Cloth seat heaters? aren't those usually in leather only?

Yes, but only because heated/leather seats are considered "luxury items." Makes it easier on manufacturers to sell them as package deal to make more money.

it's a totally aftermarket kit. tons of 5 star reviews on amazon. plenty of reviewers did it to cloth seats. believe me, i'd love leather

Took him almost a fuggin week. Company had a few breakdowns, a broken trailer, and a driver that wanted more that agreed upon amount. So I'm happy that my baby is finally on the trailer. This driver sounded like a good guy, lets hope it arrives in the shape in which it left.

Then it will come to your door, wheels rashed, paint scratched, broken windshield, and a steaming pile of sht on the seat.

If it does, then I get a new paint job, my wheels repaired, new windshield and new leather seat covers. Fully covered through the company.

TDavis 01-15-2014 06:48 PM

Damn

Well I posted about it before but I'll sum it up.

TL;DR

Moved 600 miles away. I don't trust my friends to drive the car. Car is being shipped to me. I'll have her in my garage tomorrow. She will be safe with me once again and give sleepy's car a run for its money when it comes to garage status. lol

sleepyalero 01-15-2014 09:43 PM

We will see about that. You have alot of garage days to catch up.

TDavis 01-15-2014 09:46 PM

But Sam will always be ahead of actually driving the car

99ga 01-15-2014 09:53 PM

xUnderCoverHoBo 01-15-2014 09:59 PM

How much did that cost to ship? Damn

tipnitty 01-15-2014 10:22 PM

$350

That's a decent price, not too shabby.

I worked on a 02 WS6 at my shop today. The car was yellow and had 224k on it. The owner was the original owner and the engine was replaced with another LS1 at the dealership just last year. It was an interesting car.

If it was yellow with black top and black stripes on the side. That's an anniversary car. That's a rare bird if it. At least is enjoying the car.

I'm not fan of the 5th gen camaro. The 5th gen looks ulgy in my opinion. I was disappointed when GM discontinued the Camaro line up when they ended production of the 4th generation camaro and I became even more disappointed when they announced the 5th gen because it's just not my style.

tipnitty 01-16-2014 09:53 AM
