Since everyone is posting, here is the before and after with my canucks, looking at it alone you probably would barely tell a difference but park it next to a stock GA and you can definitely see the difference:

My opinion the Canuck looks lower then h&r and intrax. And h&r and intrax looks to be the same.

Might as well join too. Eibach's on monroe struts. And yes, the hood scoops are gone.

No sir, the speed bumps in Carbondale are massive. If I went any lower I would scrap the bottom of the car all to hell and that makes me nervous. I smacked one today and it scared the crap out of me. I like the stance its at and it may even settle a little lowered over time. The springs are only 6 months old.

I know I know. I've been meaning to get to that. The mounts are loose on it and when I turn it rubs against the heat shield and causes an awful noise as well. It'll happen this summer for sure at the latest.
