Sounds like you replaced quite a lot there. Did all of it need to be replaced? It always nice having new stuff if the old stuff is worn or suspect, but sometimes replacing things that don't need it...

Lots of struts available. I believe Monroe makes a "quick strut" which is the entire assembly (spring, strut, upper mount, etc) already put together so you don't need a spring compressor or anything....

Not likely. The PCM doesn't control any of that. It only controls the engine and transmission, nothing else. It communicates with the the BCM though (body control module) which controls that stuff....
