MP 62 kit adhesive

In another thread, the sealant used to assemble the rotor case to the inlet/outlet casting was given as:

Permatex Anaerobic Gasket Maker (part# 51817 or 51813).

Is that correct?

OK, I am about ready to reassemble the casting to the blower case on a refurbished MP62 unit. Since there is virtually zero clearance, and the 4 mating surfaces have to be positioned at the same time, are there any hints you can give as to the best way to do it?
