Pittsburg will win the Stanley Cup. Fleury is gunna stay hot and crosby will come out and score a couple goals and malkin is already hot so watch out. They just beat philly 6-0 so who ever it is the wings or the stars it dont matter who it is Penguins ar gunna win it.

well, when detroit beats dallas tonight they are going to go into the finals to face a very inexperienced team. the wings will win the stanley cup because:

1). Detroit offensively will be too much for Pittsburgh's defense and Fleury.
2). Nicklas Lidstrom will shut down whatever forward he is put up against (whether that be Crosby or Malkin, whoever is hotter) and Detroit's defense matches well against the rest of the Pittsburgh offense.
3). Chris Osgood has been playing great for the Wings and has been very very focused. His experience will show in the finals.

The only thing the Wings have to worry about is the size of the Penguins. If the Wings can handle that they should have no problem taking the cup.

Pens will win the Stanley Cup. They are by far the most physical team and an offensive powerhouse. The Wings have a dominating defense, so I think the series will be close and take 6 or 7 games to decide. Detroit has more experience on the team, but honestly I think Pittsburgh wants it more and they'll prove that.

Detroit will most likely win. Not much more insight than that as I was wrong about the Flyers series. Didn't help that the defense was obliterated most of the series.

God, I'm a Wings fan as well as a Penguins fan... it sucks that I have to watch them duke it out. If I have to lean, I'm leaning toward the 'Guins though. I want to see them hoist Lord Stanley's Cup.

I was so bummed about Dallas going the way they did. Losing like bitches. Guess I have to hide my Stars jersey for a while.

Edit: Godamnit... Seattle needs a focking NHL team. We've got two awesome WHL teams, Thunderbirds and Silvertips, but it's just not the friggin same.

They look like a team being exposed as to what they truly are. A team without much scoring depth and one that relies way to heavily on the PP.

I think its the opposite, I think the Pens are a great team, the west is that much tougher and its showing.....

I don't think the Wings look all that great in this series, I just think the Pens are playing really bad. They might be able to turn it around and come to their senses, but who knows.

Finally, the Pens broke out of their funk. Great game tonight, the last couple min of the 3rd period were intense.
