Don't think that is an option without come serious hacking of your factory harness.

well, my harness is already hacked. i have a quad beam harness that allows me to do what i want, but for some reason, when i shut my lights off, the dims stay on. to shut them off i have to turn the lights off and flip the switch to bright and back to dim. i dont think its supposed to be this way.

I wouldnt worry. The HIgh beam output is absolutely attrocious on these anyway...Its like 80% less output than regular beams..for some weird reason.

yes, but with HID kits, its better for them to be on constant rather than on and off isnt it? and even if it isnt bad for them to be turned on and off over and over, its annoying when they start off dim and get brighter every time i switch to dim.

EDIT: sorry, i forgot to add the fact that i have HIDs

Do you flash your brights a lot or something? I rarely ever use mine.

well, with my current projectors, i cant get them to aim up high enough to be able to see much with the dims, so i have to use the brights alot. i have tried redrilling the holes a bigger a few times, but i just am not having any luck getting them to fit. my old black ones fit fine after the first try, but one of them got broke in a deer hit, so i had to get new ones, along with a new panel

Its not that big a deal about on and off. As long as you dont make them flicker like 1000x real fast..

x2...HID's put out enough output where you shouldnt need brights alot..unless u have like 10k+ color temp

How "high" do you need to get with your lights? Afraid you will hit a bird? Proper aiming means that you can see about 30ft in front of your car easily..

There might be something up with the header panel..After i hit a deer, mine seems different too..Mayeb they are technically "aftermarket" panels...My bumper doesnt sit right now either after getting all new stuff in that area of the car after the accident.

If they are in the little slots the right way, then they are just aimed improperly or theres something wrong with the headlights themselves..

it wont let me aim them any higher because the back of the projector housing hits on the panel, even after ive tried cutting away parts of the panel to make it fit.

Thats my problem too, but mine arent that bad..Mine fit properly but they only aim like 10-15ft in front of my car...Thankfully, my fogs are like focking spotlights and light the rest of the road up for me until i can get a hold of a dremel.
