the $50 ones on ebay need to be welded up, don't know if they make a bolt on one for our cars or not.

definately get it. It will be way quieter than you think and will still give you a roar when the pedal hits the floor.

an hour or two if you've done it before and don't have to weld anything.

i dont want to go thru the trouble (from what iv heard) to change the down pipe, whats a good part number to use for a hi flo cat, there are a couple people seem to use and from what iv gathered it's these two:
1. 94106
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Parts...m380031569434&
2. 53006
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_Car-...3756.m20.l1116

so which is better for this application? price is basically the same...

i know jake... what i MEANT was i dont want to be paying them for something that they will have to **** around with for too long.

question though- are zzp's downpipes, or anybody else's for that matter 2.5in all the way up to the headers? or will some form of adapter have to be made or etc... and should i get some gaskets (going from zzp it sounds like u need em) ??

those two are just the cat if you go with this cat from www.rsautoparts.com (<click on link ) thats where I got mine and it is the cat and the down pipe all welded up ready to bolt in. and has a 2.5" down pipe all the way to the exhaust manifold. this together with the pacesetter exhaust system will give you 2.5 from the motor thru the mufflers. all bolt in no welding required do it your self and save some cash.

no the stock is 2.5" flange just need to get a gasket from an auto parts store ( $6 ) call the guys at rolling start and they will help you out with what you need. they also sell the borla exhaust system. If you are looking to spend $800 + on you exhaust

I have one installed on my car. had a shop do it for 150 dollars with all the gaskets and welding in a new cat.

they also put in a fatter downpipe

Id sudgest going that route.

i can only assume you'll have nothing but problems otherwise
