The original shell is not a hemi Cuda, just a normal Cuda. Hemi Cuda's had fender vents and DID NOT have a vinyl roof.

Better off, cause if it was an original hemi, it should have been kept that way. But for a standard model, do what ever in the hell you want to it.

When it comes to classic muscle cars, that's just the way I feel. If it was a fairly rare performance model, I would try to stay true to that when restoring.

Like I wouldn't want to butcher up an old shelby mustang, but I wouldn't hesitate doing a mean ass resto-mod on a base model.

i agree....mostly people who restore rare cars want the car back to its original condition. Makes it more fun when you have to try and find the original peices.

it doesn't take too much to total out a viper. they can seem in VERY fixable shape, but they cost a lot to fix, and insurance companies total them out fairly easily.
