so are these grip force f1 brakes the r-1 exact quality / finish . i know they look it from photo . but they say photo not be exact ones you buy. i see they sell stop-tech as seen on r-1 website.

yes keep us informed and close up photo's aspecially of the surfaces and edges and vents etc etc. to see the quality up close and real. keep us informed as to how they handle etc etc. thanks

I bought those rotors two years ago. They work well but are now warped but a 2 year life span is pretty good. I am happy with them and they will last another year until I can afford to do the vette swap.

My R1's didn't even last a year....after that I decided to just get some good non slotted/drilled ones with a 2 year warrenty

that's why i look at all these aftermarket brakes are they any better then any of the brands i mentioned i can get at Cdn -Tire in canada.

to me even $158 for 2 rotors is bit more then the best cdn-tire offers monroes etc . add to that the ship and customs for any of these other aftermarkets brakes . my 13% tax will look good after all that.

hope they get this camaro brake swap down pat soon. ALL THE DETAILS .

all the parts for the swap are in the one post...ive had mine for almost a year. Probably one of the best things Ive done to the car. Stock brakes felt like the petal was a sponge.
