Perhaps it would have saved me some heartache and cash if I had gone that route too. Unfortunately, I had to learn the hard way how to properly get the pump right.

www.racetronix.com first link on the left hand side.. LS1 fuel pump for plastic tanks. Inside that shiny racetronix cover is a walbro pump. I made it fit into my tank w/ very lil shoving. The wiring was all plug-n-play for me. Then the extra power line I took and ran it to the battery. It ruled. I was happy.

So just install the Walbro 255lph that I have already from ZZPerformance? I thought you had something different with higher capability.

Got a 3400? Have fun making your manifolds! It really is a pretty fun project. A bit of a money pit though.

My car is already turbocharged...made my own tubular manifolds after upgrading from the stock manifolds, you can take a look yourself if you search my threads, I've had my car boosted for over a year now

Only modifications I should need to do to accommodate the turbo is remove my old T3 flange and weld in a T4 flange, and I plan to upgrade to a less restrictive 3" mandrel downpipe

I've also been doing this build on a slight budget, trying to keep everything under $3000, so far so good, if I can make it I'll be quite pleased

You should see the inlet on the turbo he has on now.

Turbine comparison:

17cm^2 T4 vs .48A/R? T3

... holset turbines use 'critical area' as a measurement to gauge turbine size.

That T3 is a bit smaller turbine than he has on now but you get the idea.
