are there any other engine's out there that have the same kind of supercharger drive shaft we need to have? are they having any problems with their bearings?

No. That SC kit is a completely custom design. No other cars used those parts.

Ripp Modds makes a few kits and Toyota has the TRD kit for the Scion.
Both use a vortech blower.
