I warned about this guy but a mod took my post down, he did this **** with a borla cat back and it took my 2 weeks to get my refund. Sold it to me and some other guy and we both payed. i paid with paypal.

he tried to pull some crap with me when i bought the TOG headers off him.

he posted we talked through a couple PM's agreed on things said he was gonna get pics never

did get the pics then a month later he shows up saying i better come up with the money or he's

putting them on ebay like 2 days after i heard from him for the first time in a month.

then he tried to pull some **** and change the price im like yeah i dont think so cant go back on your posted price.

then i sent the money off to him he sends me a PM saying he got it and was shipping the next day, 2 weeks go by i hear nothing so i found his phone number left him a message and like 6 PM's, he finally got back to me 2 weeks later.

needless to say a little communication goes a long way when your selling stuff.

I filed a claim though there is no money in the account. Resolution found in my favor but I am still out $307. Next step is to call the police.

He is just flat out sorry. I have sent him e-mails and PMs through here and 60degree along with the PayPal dispute with no response.

I have taken tomorrow off and will take everything I know about the guy to the Sheriff's office. I spoke to them today and have an appointment with an investigator. They will contact his local law enforcement office for help.

Hopefully there will be some sort of felony they can charge him with.

Its a shame. He has a really nice car and for now on wont be trusted if it comes down to him parting out his car!

Do you know the e-mail address payment was sent to? I want to see if he has multiple paypal accounts.

Find all of the email addys that he has been receiving $$ from with paypal and provide that to the investigator. They will bust him with a felony i'm sure.
