It is funny that for a month I e-mailed and PMed you without response. Now that it has shipped you are no longer a "busy man" with your "compony".

Why didn't you respond to the PayPal inquiry? Why didn't you respond to the PMs, the e-mails? Why did it require me taking a day off from work and going to my Sheriff's office for you to ship this A MONTH LATER?

You are correct, this is ALL MY FAULT. I expected you to be a man of your word. I expected that when I paid you within 15 minutes of our first contact to get the same respect. I expected that when you stated it would ship by Nov 1st that it would ship by Nov 1st. I expected communications from you.

I deal with people like you every day. It is always someone elses fault and they take absolutely no responsibility for their own actions. That is a fine example of a real man. To take someone's money, leave them hanging and then blame it on them.

Take some responsibility man. Step up to the plate and be a man about it. Make it right. Or, continue doing what you are doing, make up lies and blame me. Do you not realize all of this could have been avoided if your were a man of your word and had done what you stated you would do? I doubt it.

The only thing we can control are our own actions. I would love to jump up and down, scream and yell and post up a bunch of negative crap about you. Things I have been told in my research, things I have read but I would lose all credibility. All of the above is factual. With your responses here, everyone will be able to see what kind of person you are for future transactions. That is nearly satisfaction enough.

Just own up and answer these questions;

1: Why didn't you ship it on Nov 1 as promised?
2: Why, on Nov 4 when I e-mailed asking for a tracking number did you not respond?
3: Why didn't you respond to PayPal's inquiry?
4: Did you include the HP_Tuners login information as promised?

Below is the last e-mail I sent. I think it displays the tone and demeanor of all the e-mails and PMs I sent.

Like stated above, I'll wait to see what I receive and if it is as described, enough credits to license two vehicles and the HP_Tuners Username and password. IF it is as you described it I will contact PayPal.

I am no stalker just not a victim. And the person you responded to on MySpace is not me. I don't have a MySpace account. It was one of the many people that took it upon themselves to help me out in the situation.

And by the way, I have not "got what I paid for". Until it is here I doubt anyone believes you actually shipped it.

Why is this guy so immature? It took you almost a damn month to send him his tuner and software? Now you are threatning to report it stolen if he doesn't contact paypal so you access your account again? Real smart wise guy. Let me put it this way, now you have some what of an idea on how psrumor has felt for the past month when he paypaled you the $307 and never contacted him. Maybe its for own good that no one will have to deal with the bs that you put people through after you recieve their money and you decide to disappear for a month. I personally don't think you (psrumor) should contact paypal for a month so he cant buy anything just so he has a clue on how it feels when someone tries to screw someone over. International trades my a$$. That is the biggest line of bull**** i have heard in awhile. in theory if he doesnt give it to you (the login) you can just leave the claim up on paypal and they will refund you the full amount. Even if he doesnt have money in there, paypal will just go into the negatives and untill the balance is paid off he cant use the account.

Also if he reports it stolen...direct the admins at HPTuners to this thread which will prove he willingly SOLD IT to you.

I understand and will do so accordingly. The only issue is the banning. He has not once responded via e-mail and doubt he will do so. If he is banned our communication has been cut off.

The transaction is complete. I got the unit along with the HP Tuners login information. The PayPal claim has been canceled on my end and should unlock his account.
