gas is a b**** when you drive over an hour to school and another hour back... thats doing 65-70 with cruise control, and don't accuse me of beating my car... I barley have beated on it... and only times i do is if someone fks with me or someone wants to ride in it.

You could tune it for better mileage. It shouldn't be that difficult to achieve upper 20's if not 30's for mpg.

get hp tuner and get a decent tune on that thing and you will not only see better use of the power all the mods are creating but better fuel economy too.

So wait... you sunk a ton of cash into a turbo kit, an engine rebuild, manifolds, and a downpipe, but you still have the stock exhaust on it? Seems like an awful waste of money to force all that air into the engine and not be able to get rid of it. The stock exhaust is soooo restrictive. I wouldn't hesitate to say that you'd probably see gains of 2-3 tenths and a couple more mpg if you put $400 into a catback. Good looking car, though. I appreciate the middle finger in the one pic, too.

I completely agree. Get a custom made exhaust, and you will see tons of gains, let alone the much better sound that will accompany it. I would love to see this car completed and run.

Yeah, that makes a lot more sense. Very nice setup, bud. I'd love to keep my GA, but I've had it for almost 7 years and it's up to 125k miles. Can't complain about it, but it's getting to be that time to think about replacing it. I'd love to make it a project car, but finances are tight and a Toyota Tacoma is in my future... Best of luck with the sale if you decide to get rid of it.

For the record I was once offered $3000 for my car w/ everything intact. If that's any indication in the popularity of a turbo'd grand am in the resale market.
