CUSTOMGAGT2000SEDAN Still kinda new, but learning
Question Sc

IS THAT 80HP AT THE WHEELS AND 75 TORQUE AT THE WHEELS OR CRANK ETC

GREAT THAT IT IS POLISHED.

WHY DID IT NEED REPLACEMENT PARTS .

DID I MISS THE amount of miles / klms on it. was it raced etc .

if i had a new sc what ever version , unless it had manuafacturer problems it would still be looking AND working new with original parts.

RSM did a crappy job of selecting good bearings/pins/bolts which is why everyone who knows what they are doing did what Eddie did and used better parts for the rebuild. Speaking of which Eddie do you have any other pics of it torn apart? I talked with you a while ago about how the shaft came apart and Im about sick of staring at mine on the floor so if you could send me a PM and Ill get you my email we can chat about that some more.

Off topic:

You need to bring your car to some of our Toledo meets sometime!

I will hit ya up on aim KhellendrosXS

rsm went megga cheep on the stuff most inportant to the kit like the bearing they used a plastic/metal shielded one insted of a metal on both sides of the bearing type ,they used just basic bolts from any hard ware store vs grade 8 bolts, this sc gets pretty warm and the basic bolts cant handle that heat "the polishing it gets alil bit warmer than normal"

This is the best time to buy this, it's tax season, someone has got to have the cash laying around to pick this up. This is so much easier than going turbo for most people.
