if he gave u tracking paypal wont do anything about it

If UPS lost ur **** which they love to do. (im out close to 400 in total cuz of them) you will need to contact rosaro to get your money from "insurence". As they deal strictly with the shipper not .. shipee.. i suppose..

I hope it all works out. It is a tough pill to swallow should your fears be realized but hopefully it all works out in the end.

If you re-open the case and have any emails with concrete info send paypal the internet headers (which are available in the properties of an email) they validate the transfer of information between two parties.

If it comes down to it, because you have his number and his adress you could contact the NYPD and they might do something about it. It is the NYPD after all and they might deem your case a waste of time.

contact the BBB dude, that stuff sucks. its why i never buy anything more then $100 off a member anywhere, other then an actual store. good luck man, and ive lost a lot of money in previous situations, so hopefully everything works out man

No he did not give me a tracking number for the amps. He gave a tracking number for the z1 and submitted that to paypal. Thats probably why paypal didn't escalate the claim since they had one tracking number for the z1 already. Thanks for the support guys i thought the last guy i would get screwed over by was Rosado but **** i guess you can't trust anyone now adays.

He really hasn't been on lately, it could just be personal/family stuff and he's forgotten..it's happened to me before as well. Just keep sending him periodic emails/pms and hopefully he gets back to you soon.

I've used this forum to buy and sell many, many things (including a car)... you just have to make sure you cover all your bases in case something goes wrong.
