As much as I like the free bumps I'd rather not see this thread turn into a debate on HIDs as we have other venues for it...

At least we can conclude that this is a 35W kit, so potential buyers will not be left guessing

Hopefully people will read past the first post of melting housings to figure that out... But yea that's also why I'm not jumping down anyone's throat about posting here. Now if someone will just buy them I'd be happy.

I doubt they're going anywhere fast as this thread has shown little to no interest. If you're concerned about the price PM me a reasonable offer. They're sitting around in a box just waiting for someone to grab them so its not like its an immediate concern right now.

the price is a concern but only to the extent that I have spent money like a drunken sailor since buying this car, I like what I got to show for it but I need to make sure I dont spend myself into a big hole, I think if you have them in a few weeks to a month I will take them off your hands.

Ahh gotcha. Well if no one buys them in the next two weeks they'll be around for a good while. In just over two weeks I head off to boot camp and will be out of contact for the next 3 months or so. If you happen to decide during that time you want them I'd be happy to sell them to you, but you'd have to wait til August before I could do anything about it.

Shouldn't take ya too long to install em. Might be a good idea to run a little wire brush over those prongs that slip into the female end of the plug from the car, just to ensure a good contact. They looked fine when I was checked them before you got them, but it won't hurt to mess with it a little.

yeah i was thinking about that on the way back home. Just a question, you have the two connectors that plug into the bulb from the ballast, and then you have that main power source wire to power the ballast, where does that one end connect into? Ill take pics if you are confused

There should be another plug in there somewhere. The fat plug from the ballast plugs into another plug coming from the bulb. The only thing that goes to the car is just those two prongs. So from the bulb there should be 3 cords. Two little one fat as I recall.

If that doesn't help take the pic and post it to clear it up.

The prongs go into the plug coming from the car for the fog lights. The plug that you took off from the lights is the one that the prongs go into. THAT is the one you should put a plastic bag around and tape off the ends on in order to seal it from the elements.
