I think I can finally say stock internals are shot.

Car doesnt run, enough said. I'm thinking my valves are getting stuck open because of my springs being so worn... Meaning.. REBUILD time... but anyways... to the point i want to see whats wrong with it just to see if i can describe it...

I start it... It jumps around almost like a vaccum leak... but i dont have vaccum leak...

Sounds Cammed.

Runs like pure sh**

Breaks up while revving high rpms over 4K...

I think its my valve springs.

What do you guys think? No flaming...

I already started working on getting my built tranny done... I ordered new piston rings and all bearings and seals for bottom end... but any advice?

Step 1: Strip turbo parts

Step 2: Put in box

Step 3: Mail to me

Might as well tear into it if its running that badly. You could get some of those new forged pistons that are being offered by 60*v6 while youre at it.

Your valves will never stick open because of worn springs. Maybe if you broke a spring... or some other valve train part that would make it jam up, but then your car wouldn't run at all. I'd be inclined to look for problems elsewhere.

Sounds a lot like a vacuum leak.

Scan it and show me.

I bet it's a vacuum leak.

and causing it to rev to 4k?

Probably not.

Furthermore, "shot" internals don't make engines rev to 4k

Vacuum leaks do.

Touché

I rescind previous statements and accept the status of d-bag. Unless he means to say its revving itself...

However, I'd like to see a scan to try and determine what the problem is.

Also, unless this car was shorted fuel or something, I find destruction of the internals possible but unlikely. There are cases of 3400s taking way more abuse than this one and running fine.

wow u guys give me **** for not turboing my car. I try to gain knowledge, i get it done, I do what u guys say, tune maf, case scan ,all the good stuff, drive it, tranny goes, than some reason just this past week car started running like ****. no, the car ran before but i broke up real bad... but i changed oil did a few crank overs to circulate it... now the fokin thing dont stay running, althought last night when i got home i started it up it fired up revved to about 2k than idled at like 8-900 smooth ... the scans have no misfires... i did hook my laptop up to it this morning

My LTFT and STFT are so high now.. why?? like 12% they were negative or 0

there was no metal in the oil either. I ran a magnet through it

Vacuum leak or fuel pump is going out, I've seen that symptom be caused by either one of those....
