Look, it can be argued about modding any car or truck out there. some will say it's not worth modding anything. But the truth is if you want to personalize whatever you own then it's all up to you on the path you want to take. It doesn't have to be all about speed, it can be about handling or appearance, either way there's nothing you can't do to most cars out there if you look for what you want to create.
When it comes down to speed it's a question of HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT to SPEND and HOW FAST you want to go. Speed does cost money, but you can find tricks out there that are economical and beneficial for more power and speed. How do you think the import scene started out, some decidec to mod their cars to stand out from the rest and from there some of them went on to develope parts for imports. Instead of beating it to death about not being worth it and smashing hopes of some who want to do this, encourage them to make choices they'd be happy with, I look at it this way. It's easy to go along with the crowd but harder to go your own route and be different than the rest. Hot Rod Magazine has stated it best in several issues in their Dare to Be Different clause that comes up from time to time, use ingenuity and go outside th normal.

Its open for a reason and I believe it has served a wonderful purpose to this section. I would rather this thread be worthless than other threads follow suit. Just ignore it and perhaps it will go away.

For those of you complaining about reliability. Mars from 60degreev6 has put in over 30 low 12 second passes with a best of 12.104.

This is not a mustang thread. You can start your own anti mustang (or corvette if you are eric) thread somewhere else on this site.
And now this is locked. If you don't like grand ams, leave. if you don't care about performance, don't post in this section. Das ist alles ![]() |
