should only need to be 18 with valid ID and credit card.. I will look into this though as soon as I have my car back from the body shop

Can anyone tell me if the I-94 north of Chicago is still under construction like last year ?

That was a unpleasant surprise last year.
The second day, I ended up taking IL-21/US-45; to avoid the construction traffic jam.

I believe it still is. I'll double check.

Yea its still under construction. I have no clue how well the traffic is flowing these days but it's probably not a whole heck of a lot better.
