Bondo Hair is like bondo but it has fiberglass mixed in with it... I don't recommend using it, it is not easy stuff to work with and when it drys it is like sanding a brick...

By looking at this photo, they look narrower, longer, and they aren't blended as well as the Warbird...at least that is what it looks like to me flipping back and forth between photos.

UPDATE!!!!! 56K go make a sandwich

Ok folks, here is the deal...
Over on the GAOC I kept the progress of my updates a secret until the Annual Albany, NY Meet where I unveiled the progress.
I didn't say anything here because there are a few members here that are also members of GAOC.
Now that the cat is out of the bag, here is where I am at with the car now...

What I have is the AAS kit with some custom work. I've carved out the front and molded in and back lit the PONTIAC lettering in front, cut out the Arrowhead in the rear bumper and also back lit it. Installed an early 00 Mustang spoiler and painted everything in white primer. I know the color doesn't match but it looks a whole lot better than gray. This will give me some time to figure out what I want to do for the paint. I have a few ideas bouncing around in my head but I need to work with PS to see what I want.
I also installed 2 10" JBL subs and my Amp. I am also in the process of buying the wheels that you see in the pics. they are 18s but I don't know much more than that.
I painted the airbag to give the wheel some life...

Looks tight Darrin. I'm not a big fan of the AAS kit, but I like the improvements you did. Much better than how they come. Well done, just pissed I missed out on Albany and not being able to see it in person. Arg. I lent Lizzy my FujiFilm for the trip, and I was going through the pics, that GA is pretty killer looking. But the paint looks a bit off though. Any plans for a re-spray?

Thanks Lone_Wolf
Oh yea... I need to paint the entire car. I've been tossing 2 ideas around lately...
1 Paint the entire car Pearl White and do Pearl Black for the stripes...
2 Paint the entire car a brighter white with Pearl White ghost flames.

I'm starting to lean more toward 2 because I want to do a carbon fiber hood and trunk, but that is a bit down the road.

Looks real good. Got any pics of the back end with the trunk closed? Interested in seeing how the wing looks on the car.

What have you done to illuminate the license plate like that? I replaced the plate bulb with a PIAA hyper white one on mine and it really didn't turn out like I hoped. It wasn't bright at all...

These were all taken at car shows. He wanted to show off the subs in the trunk. As soon as we have time, we are going to photograph both of our cars again and I will get shots of his trunk closed.

It is an LED license plate light bar that he got at Auto Zone.
