Yes the fans come on when the car is turned off, thats part of a basic tune and everything else its tuned for (my mods) is extra. Yes there is a difference.

Ehh, probably not, the little amount of money I would make wouldn't be worth the hassle.

This may just turn into an engine part out thread, my dad and I have our eye on an 85' 5.0 mustang with 42k miles.
